1. Gina Gheller, MSW,LCSW
    Gina Gheller, MSW, LCSW Gina is the owner & founder of Walk and Talks, LLC.  She earned her Master of Social Work Degree from The University of Houston in 1997 and has been a psychotherapist for over 20 years, implementing walking psychotherapy sessions into her practice for those clients preferring the mind-body benefits of outdoor sessions. She has a special interest in Women's Issues, particularly survivors of relaitonships with friends/loved ones with emotionally abusive personality disorders. Gina also helps empower women following demoralizing work and family relationships, including social bullying &  harassment.  She helps clients recognize unhealthy people and patterns and to feel confident and motivated about their lives built upon positive, trusting relationships and choices based upon building happiness rather than avoiding fears.  . 
  2. Tamra Josephson, MSW, LCSW
    Tamra Josephson, MSW, LCSW Tamra earned her Master of Social Work Degree from The Univesity of Houston in 2012.  She has served in the U.S. Air Force and continues to serve in the National Guard while also working as an LCSW for Houston's V.A. Hospital.  Tamra is Certified in Cognitive Process Therapy and applies her skills in motivating clients to fulfill goals and to find meaning and growth in their lives.  Tamra also emphasizes total wellness and living a balanced, happy life. She offers a gentle approach to accountability and change.
  3. Casey Mansfield, MS, LPC
    ​​​​Casey earned her Master of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Houston, Clearlake in 2014. She enjoys using her empathetic ear in working with clients on problem solving, setting boundaries, and self-esteem.  In addition, she is skilled in helping with anxiety, life transitions, domestic abuse, mood disorders, trauma, and personal growth.  She encourages total wellness, open communication, and awareness of the mind-body connection, and positive energy.
